Refund policy

StudStylez (Pty) Ltd – Returns & Refund Policy Raw. Untamed. Unapologetic. Effective Date: 14 May 2026

At StudStylez (Pty) Ltd we want you to love your Mens & Ladies graphic printed clothing. We stand behind our in-house artwork collections and the Rodeo King / Rodeo Kween ranges we sell — but we also understand that sometimes things need to come back.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags still attached and in original packaging.

2. What Can Be Returned

Standard graphic tees, hoodies, crewnecks, tanks and other non-custom items.
Defective or damaged items (we’ll cover return shipping for these).

3. What Cannot Be Returned (Final Sale)

In-house artwork items with custom prints (including most original Rodeo King / Rodeo Kween branded pieces).
Personalised or made-to-order products.
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags/packaging.
Sale / clearance items (unless faulty).

4. How to Return an Item

Email returns@studstylez.com within 14 days with your order number and reason for return.
We will send you a return shipping label or instructions.
Ship the item back as per the instructions provided (customer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty).
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time: 7–10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We happily exchange for a different size or colour (subject to production availability).
If the new item is more expensive, you’ll pay the difference.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
Contact returns@studstylez.com with photos within 48 hours for fast resolution (we’ll replace or refund at no extra cost).
