Processing Time: All orders processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 14:00 SAST or over weekends/public holidays processed next business day. High-demand or custom in-house artwork items may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Options (South Africa): Standard Shipping (via The Courier Guy / Pargo / similar): R99 – R149 depending on order weight and location. Express / Overnight options available at checkout for selected areas (additional cost). Free Shipping on qualifying orders (threshold displayed at checkout).
Delivery Times (Estimates Only): Major centres (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): 2–5 business days. Regional & rural areas: 4–8 business days. Delays may occur due to courier volumes, weather, or border issues.
International Shipping: Ships to selected countries worldwide. Rates and delivery times (7–21 days) calculated at checkout. All international orders shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) — customer responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Not liable for delays or seizure by customs.
Tracking & Updates: Tracking number sent via email once order is dispatched. Track directly through the courier's website.
Shipping Address & Errors: Double-check delivery address at checkout. Not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses. Contact immediately if address needs to be changed before dispatch.
