Welcome to www.studstylez.com (the “Site”), operated by StudStylez (Pty) Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”), Polokwane, South Africa.

By accessing or using our Site, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. General

We are proud creators of Rodeo King / Rodeo Kween ranges and creators of original in-house artwork for our Mens & Ladies graphic printed clothing collections (RANGER • RODEO • BRONCO and more).

All products, designs, and content on the Site are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued without notice.

2. Orders & Payment

You must be 18+ years old to place an order.
All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.
Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments and approved gateways.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across South Africa and selected international destinations.
Delivery times are estimates only — actual times may vary.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the item is handed over to the courier.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

14-day return window for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached.
Personalised or in-house artwork items (including custom Rodeo King / Rodeo Kween prints) are final sale unless defective.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds issued to original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

5. Intellectual Property

All in-house artwork, the crowned Longhorn logo, Rodeo King / Rodeo Kween branding, product images, and Site content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or commercially use any of our designs without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
Infringe our or any third party’s intellectual property rights
Upload viruses, malware, or disruptive code
Attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by South African law (including the Consumer Protection Act), our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
